We were founded by Jim Crowley in 1994, which makes us the oldest computer firm in the area still in operation. Jim owned and operated the business until 2016,  Crowley Computer's was responsible for getting many of the businesses and residents in Ogdensburg, NY into their first computers / networks. To this day we are still maintaining and updating those very same businesses networks!

Crowley Computers was purchased from Jim Crowley in 2016 when it became C4 Computer Consulting LLC. The new ownership helped usher in a new era for C4 as well as the transition from Crowley Computers to our current ownership by Howland Pump & Supply Co, Inc. In the Fall of 2018.
